Decor, Furniture and Wall Art Category

All the pieces in the decor, furniture and wall art category are manufactured by Evolve in Mumbai, India.

Subject to the terms of payments being complied with on time, and the product being used for its intended purpose and installed as per our direction. The products are covered with a warranty by Evolve India against faulty material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of sales by repairing or at our option replacing free of charge, the faulty products that may be found during such period.

The Scope of the warranty:

• Defects in coatings or base material –  like peeling or bleeding of our coatings

• All metal finishes change colour slightly with time due to the natural behavior of the material. Such a change does not constitute a defect under this warranty

• Rigorous cleaning of the decor pieces may result in degradation of the finishes. This warranty does not cover such degradation

• We are able to provide fresh finishing assistance to repair such damages at an additional cost on cases bases.

• The pieces should be cleaned with a damp cloth and light hand

The warranty for this category of product does not extend to consequential damage or losses and does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty  is null and void if

• The product is drilled for any purpose

• Repaired or modified by an external agency

• Altered by an external agency

• Deterioration or rusting due to atmospheric conditions

• Use of aggressive cleaning agents, acid or solvent-based cleaners

• If the product is repackaged and relocated to another location

All the pieces in the lifestyle smart home products are manufactured by Evolve India in Mumbai, India.

Subject to the terms of payments being complied with on time, and the product being used for its intended purpose and installed as per our direction. The products are covered with a warranty by Evolve India as follows:

The Scope of the warranty:

• Manufacturing defects

• Material Performance as specified in the technical sheet

The warranty for this category of product does not extend to consequential damage or losses and does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty is null and void if

• The product is used on areas beyond its intended use, for example, floorings

• The application steps are not as per recommended

• Defective base substrate

• Improper surface preparation

• Deterioration or rusting due to atmospheric conditions

• If the product is repackaged and relocated to another location

The manufacturer’s decision in handling such warranties shall be final and binding on the customer. The decision will be based on standard operating procedures for this category of product.
